We are a team of ten instructors and therapists who have developed a strong professional and personal bond with each other over the years which has created a happy, vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Each instructor and therapist runs their own business within Studio One and is responsible for their own client bookings and enrolments. I am very proud to be part of this small team, all of whom are unique and offer different types of classes and treatments. They are all highly qualified individuals, totally devoted to their method and each one enhances the reputation of Studio One making it one of the most diverse studios in the area.

We are a very friendly team and welcome all clients regardless of age or fitness level. I am sure we can find the right session for you!
