11 Plus and English Courses

Beaconsfield School of Education specialises in preparation courses for the 11 Plus exam, Mock 11 Plus Test Sessions, 11 Plus publications and English for Au Pairs language courses.

The 11 Plus course is designed for students in Year 5 of Primary School. The course covers all areas of the 11 Plus - Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning and Maths The 11 Plus lessons are taught on a One to One basis (private lessons). This enables the teacher to identify strengths and weaknesses and to focus on areas needing improvement. The 11 Plus course starts in September and lasts for 3 terms. The lessons are 75 minutes long, so the pupils can practise and focus on 11 Plus exercises for an extended period. The teacher always sets homework after the lessons for completion by the following week.

Beaconsfield School of Education is a leading provider of Mock 11 Plus Test Sessions in South Buckinghamshire. Every year the School administers Mock 11 Plus exam sessions in Beaconsfield. In each session, there are two full Mock Tests. There are six different Mock 11 Plus Tests in total and each of them has been designed to mirror the level of the real 11 Plus.

English for Au Pairs is a part-time course for au pairs living in or near Beaconsfield in South Buckinghamshire. The course is suitable for au pairs who have a good or very good level of English and who want to improve their English skills further. There are two course levels: Intermediate (CEFR B1+/B2) and Advanced (CEFR C1). You can check your current level of English by taking our free English Test.
