Sorry this has taken so long - I blame the baby! Firstly, a great big thank you for helping to make me feel so lovely on my wedding day. I visited a few dress shops before finding the BEST one right on my doorstep - About a Bride! You ladies were SO friendly and helpful at every step and made the somewhat stressful experience of finding a wedding dress relaxed, comfortable and we had quite a few laughs too! Every visit felt like being amongst friends and as a larger size and being able to fit in any dress in the shop was such a relief after seeing so many 'thin' dresses! I really couldn't recommend your shop enough :).
Our wedding day was just lovely and we even had a small amount of snow left (yay)! I was told how gorgeous I looked and the dress was a much admired, amongst guests, but especially my husband. We had such a lovely day, if we had one complaint it was that it passed by in a flash. If you ever need a testimonial etc, I'd be more than happy.

I looked forward to my wedding day with a brand new excitement. I was finally able to hold my head up high and enjoy my day without a care. I cannot recommend 'About a Bride' highly enough. They made me feel like the princess I never thought a size 26 could hope to be. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful day and being in the perfect dress helped to make the day. Everybody loved the dress and i had so many wonderful comments on the dress and the shawl . My husband in particular thought i looked amazing and i felt like a princess . I know everyone must say that but its true . I also wanted to say a huge thank you for being so kind every time i visited the shop. Even when i came to collect my dress you made me feel special and i'll never forget that .You are a credit to the shop and i would recommend anyone with womanly curves to visit About a Bride before going anywhere else .

Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect dress to celebrate my silver wedding anniversary this weekend. Paul and I renewed our wedding vows with family and friends in Norfolk and had the most wonderful day. The weather was gorgeous and I felt like a princess in my dress. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was and I am so grateful to you for making me feel like a beautiful bride. Every time I visited your shop you joined in my excitement and I never once felt like a fat girl desperate to find a dress. I felt beautiful and confident.
