Really poor customer service - the till assistant tried to mark up an item right in front of me as I was about to buy it. Anyone working in retail would know that this is unacceptable. The management of this branch need to advise their staff in how to treat human beings, because this is poor. Shame because the charity is worthwhile but is being let down by this branch.
