Ju Jitsu and Self defence Classes

We teach Realistic Self Protection and Ju Jitsu for both individuals and groups of all ages. The Concepts taught by us are based upon the individual rather than learning things that seem unnatural or require a lot of time to become proficient. By using a simple learning structure the concepts can be taught to Children, Men, Women of any age or build and can be retained more easily.



The classes in Linslade are suitable for all beginners and taught in a safe and friendly environment, there is no need to be able to do 100 press ups or full splits as the instruction does not require this so any build or gender can participate. With the aid of an XTreme Urban Concept Instructor/Self Protection Trainer your confidence and fitness will soon improve with regular practice as well as your ability to handle stressful and demanding encounters.
