Using only the very finest ingredients, great skill and artistry Karen creates wonderful cakes which will add that extra special touch to a very special day.
Karen has an extensive portfolio, some of which can be viewed by browsing the galleries on the website, or on Facebook, or she can design your own unique sugar creation, especially for your special celebration.
Hand made sugar models and flowers can be created, to provide you with an unusual memento of your day.

Karen has been making and decorating cakes for the last 26 years in one form or another, she has gained the level 2 and level 3 in both City and guilds sugar craft and sugar flowers, and also has a level 3 City and Guilds in creative art, Karen has also achieved her assessors award for teaching, and has done some teaching of the NCFE and City and Guilds sugar craft courses at 2 different local colleges and is available to do one to one teaching for flowers or sugar models.
