Here at Moore Champagne our aim is to promote the availability and encourage the delight to be had in consuming Champagne that is not normally available in the UK.
Moore Champagne is a small family business (our surname is Moore) which specialises in importing lesser-known yet high-quality Champagne from some of the smaller grower-producers.
We think it's a huge shame that most people are unaware of the amazing range of Champagnes available that are not the big name brands.
The attractions of Grower Champagne
These wines are made by small family enterprises with a history of growing grapes in Grand Cru villages within the Champagne region that goes back generations. They own the land, the vines, the presses, the vinification vats, the bottling line and the cellars. They have generations of expertise. They are good people.
Fragrant smells, subtle tastes but long on the finish are the hallmarks of these fine champagnes.

Champagne that has that link with the land where it is grown (Terroir) is a special treat. The delicate flowery tastes combined with hints of minerality are a long way from the standard tastes offered by the big names. These are individual wines for discerning enthusiasts.
